The Pink Room Return Policy
We do not offer exchanges or refunds, instead we offer a store credit up to the customer's order amount, as displayed on their invoice. Customers have 30 days from the date they received the items to request a store credit.
A store credit will only be granted due to incorrect item received, missing item(s), or damage caused to item during transport and delivery. The Pink Room has the right to reject any requests for store credit/refunds at the company's discretion, and by purchasing from The Pink Room you hereby agree to the conditions outlined.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchased an item on sale and the sale ends after purchasing, you will be given a store credit for the sale price you paid, not the full price of the item.
