Return & Exchange Policy
The Pink Room Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the incorrect item was received or the item is defective. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days to obtain your return slip and information. Please remember to include the return slip in the package containing your items to be exchanged or returned.
Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The Pink Room does not provide return shipping labels.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect or incorrect item. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Requests for refunds or exchanges will be denied if the item has been worn or washed. The Pink Room has the right to reject any requests for store credit, refunds, returns, and exchanges at the company's discretion, and by purchasing from The Pink Room you hereby agree to the conditions outlined.
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: underwear, bodysuits, body jewelry, socks, makeup (including brushes), and feminine products (menstrual pads and cups).
