Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns of unused and undamaged items according to our below returns policy.

The Pink Room has the right to reject any requests for store credit, refunds, and exchanges at the company's discretion, and by purchasing from The Pink Room you hereby agree to the conditions outlined below.
Requests are approved or rejected within 3 business days. If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the return process. You must return the item within 30 days upon your request being approved. If we do not receive the item within 30 days, your request will be denied.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail to let you know whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the condition of the returned item. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or offer a refund for the item's purchased price using the original method of payment or store credit.
Requests for refunds or exchanges will be denied if:
- The customer cannot provide accepted proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
- The item has been worn or washed
- The item is damaged (rips, tears, stains, etc.)
- The item(s) requested for return/exchange include any of the following: underwear, bodysuits, body jewelry, socks, makeup (including brushes), and feminine products (menstrual pads and cups). These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
