How long will it take my item to arrive?
It typically takes 5-25 days. Some items are shipped from the US and some items are shipped from other countries.
Is there a sizing chart?
The majority of our items come from vendors all over the world. Therefore each piece of apparel displays it's own size chart. Look through our product photos and item description for a size chart for that specific item.
Can I get a refund?
We do not give refunds for any orders. Instead, we can offer you a store credit.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, however it would be in your best interest to keep the item as the buyer is responsible for shipping cost(s) associated with all orders.
How do I track my package?
You will be notified via email once your package is on it's way. You will be provided with a tracking number once the package is in USPS possession.
Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
The majority of our items come from vendors all over the world. Therefore each item could potentially come from a different vendor. In these instances the item will arrive in separate packages and each package will have a separate tracking number. If you would like an up to date status on your orders, feel free to contact us.
Can I pay with a money order or check?
No, we only accept electronic forms of payment via Paypal, credit, or debit cards.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes, we are happy to fulfill bulk orders, and we typically offer a discount rate for bulk orders. Purchasing 20+ of one item is considered a bulk item purchase. We encourage you to send us a message to find out about special rates, and o make sure that we have enough inventory to fulfill the order.
Why were some of my free items removed from my order?
Free items are limited to one per order. If you add multiple free items to a single order, one free item will be selected at the Pink Room's discretion for fulfillment while the others will be removed from your order-- don't be greedy!
Is there a physical Pink Room location?
No, the Pink Room is solely on online boutique.
