How long will it take my item to arrive?

It typically takes 5-14 days. Some items are shipped from the US and some items are shipped from other countries.

Is there a sizing chart?

The majority of our items come from vendors all over the world. Therefore each product listing displays its own size chart. Look through our product photos and item description for a size chart for that specific item. 

Can I get a refund or exchange an item?

Yes. Please see our return policy. 

 

How do I track my package?

You will be notified via email once your package is on it's way. You will be provided with a tracking number once the package is in USPS possession. 

Why is my order arriving in separate packages?

The majority of our items come from vendors all over the world. Therefore each item could potentially come from a different vendor. In these instances the item will arrive in separate packages and each package will have a separate tracking number. If you would like an up to date status on your orders, feel free to contact us. 

Can I pay with a money order or check?

No, we only accept electronic forms of payment via Shop Pay, Paypal, credit, or debit cards.

Can I order in bulk or wholesale?

Yes, we are happy to fulfill bulk/wholesale orders, and we typically offer a discount rate. Purchasing 20+ of one item is considered a bulk or wholesale purchase. We encourage you to send us a message prior to placing your order to find out about special rates, and to confirm that we have enough inventory to fulfill the order.

Is there a physical Pink Room location?

No, the Pink Room is an online boutique.
