Temu, represented by prominent U.S. law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, filed a new lawsuit against Shein for allegedly violating U.S. antitrust law in its dealings with clothing manufacturers on Friday in Boston federal court.
The two rival companies are already in the midst of litigation in Chicago federal court, where Shein claims that Temu worked with influencers to disparage Shein on social media.
